Job summary

Lakeshirts, inc. in the United States is seeking a dependable helper to support our screenprint line. Under the Screenprint Lead and Trainer, you will prepare the machine, pull garments for the dryer, and clean up between orders.

This full‑time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, pays $16 per hour. You will work as part of a TEAM, perform repetitive tasks, stand for long periods, and help keep production moving smoothly with attention to safety.

Qualifications

• High school education desirable, but not required.
• Previous production experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Must be reliable, responsible and take direction well.
• Perform repetitive tasks for several hours.
• Stand 8-10 hours a day.

Responsibilities

• Job set-up & teardown at operational automatic screenprint presses.
• Removal of and cleaning of screens, squeegees and flood bars.
• Replacing machine with new screens and new ink for each order.
• Return inks to their correct storage location, notifying in mixing of needed inks.
• Provide and support machine operator as needed.
• Identify and clean all equipment after press use.
• Follow safety practices; identify problems and work to resolve safety issues as they occur in accordance to OSHA standards.
• Work actively with others to get the job done.
• Other responsibilities as directed (contributing to our core value of TEAM).

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Under the direction of the Screenprint Lead and Trainer, this position supports the Machine Operator by helping to prepare the machine for screenprint decoration, pulling garments to place on dryer, and necessary machine clean-up & prep for the next order.

Each day is full of bright colors, fun products and new artwork for our fantastic customers from sea to shining sea, so you're not seeing the same order twice!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

Wage: $16/hr

A Typical Day (job functions) | Bring Art to Life on Garments through Screenprinting
