Job summary

Lakeshirts, inc. in Longmont, Colorado is hiring dependable, hardworking production team members across our screenprint and embroidery departments. You may operate equipment, inspect apparel, load and unload garments, and help move orders through production.

• Experience is helpful, but training is provided.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Teamwork and communication skills are important.
• Background in manufacturing, screenprint, embroidery, warehouse, or production is a plus.

Responsibilities

Production Team Member

Location: Longmont, CO

Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

THE OPPORTUNITY

Lakeshirts is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our production team in Longmont, Colorado. We currently have openings across our screenprint and embroidery departments, including machine operation, quality control, production support, and finishing roles.

Whether you're operating equipment, inspecting apparel, unloading products, or helping move orders through production, you'll play an important role in creating high-quality decorated apparel for customers across the country. Experience is helpful, but we're willing to train motivated individuals who bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

PAY + SCHEDULE

Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Location: Longmont, CO

A TYPICAL DAY

Depending on the role, you may:

• Operate screenprint, embroidery, or heat press equipment
• Load and unload garments during production
• Inspect apparel for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Monitor production runs and identify issues
• Sort, fold, count, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain production standards and efficiency goals
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with teammates to meet daily production schedules

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires standing and moving throughout the shift, repetitive hand and arm movements, and occasional lifting of materials and finished goods. Team members must be able to safely perform duties that may include reaching, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the workday.
