You will troubleshoot, document settings, and participate in ongoing training to support team growth and production quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, maintain, calibrate, program, adjust & change machines and settings.
• Select art files, threads, needles, and backing to meet specs.
• Hoop products, load/unload items to/from machines for quality and speed.
• Troubleshoot issues to maintain design and quality during embroidery runs.
• Document machine settings and supplies used for new designs.
• Trim, fold, package, and stage products to meet quality standards.
• Participate in training and cross-training, and train teammates as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace daily.
• Support an efficient customization process.
