We are a fast-growing custom print, signage, and apparel business based in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago. We offer various custom apparel, signage, and offset printing services, and have recently added embroidery to our offerings. We are looking for a candidate to operate Tajima machines and help lead our embroidery practice as we expand.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple-head Tajima and Barudan embroidery machines
• Perform and prioritize multiple tasks independently or with a team
• Monitor embroidery process to ensure smooth workflow and high quality
• Assist in creating processes to enhance customer experience
• Engage in client interactions as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Experience with multi-head embroidery machines is highly preferred. Experience on Tajima and Barudan machines is a plus but not mandatory. 2+ years of experience is preferred. Fluency in English and reliable commuting to Logan Square are required.

Additional Information

This role supports both independent and team work. It can be part-time or full-time.

Schedule: Part-time hours are TBD; Full-time Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with some flexibility and additional hours as needed.
