Job summary

Cool Air Creations, a Rhode Island-based promotional products and apparel company, is looking for a dependable Embroidery Machine Operator & Finisher to join the production team. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot embroidery machines, hoop garments, and ensure quality throughout production.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate commercial embroidery machines.
• Hoop and position garments and other products accurately.
• Thread machines and adjust for different materials and designs.
• Monitor machines during production and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Trim excess backing and thread and finish products.
• Fold, package, and prepare completed orders for delivery.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow production schedules, job instructions, and quality standards.
• Work as part of a team to meet customer deadlines.
