Namify, LLC is seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator to run embroidery equipment, producing quality apparel with attention to detail. This entry-level role includes heavy training and requires effective time management and teamwork.

The position primarily works between two stations in a warehouse environment, with a strong focus on learning and process improvement. The role reports to the Embroidery Manager and offers a Monday-Thursday schedule from 4pm to 2am, along with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Experience operating embroidery machines.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• Proficient communication and teamwork.
• Basic computer/iPad skills and order reading ability.

Responsibilities

• Run embroidery machines to create a range of apparel.
• Maintain correct logos, placements, and thread colors.
• Ensure proper backing, tension, and waste disposal.
• Meet production goals through time management.
