Responsibilities

• Operate embroidery machines to produce embroidered apparel with quality checks.
• Maintain correct thread tension, backing, and placement for each item.
• Ensure accurate orders: logo, size, thread colors, and apparel color.
• Communicate with management and team to uphold efficiency and quality.
• Follow standard processes and manage time to meet production goals.
• Report waste accurately and participate in safety practices.
