Job summary

Outdoor Cap and JUNK Brands seeks a Grade 2 Machine Operator to operate embroidery machines and support efficient production. You will follow detailed instructions to ensure high-quality decoration across products and advance through defined progression steps from Entry to Advanced levels.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with potential overtime. Prior embroidery/sewing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, but not mandatory.
• Embroidery, sewing and/or digitizing experience desirable.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with in-house programs helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate embroidery machines to decorate various products following detailed instructions.
• Maintain production quality and tool readiness; troubleshoot simple machine faults.
• Assist in maintaining clean, organized, safe work area and meet ship dates.
• Cross-train across multiple embroidery operations and participate in process improvement.
