We're looking for an Embroidery Machine Operator who:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor 4 or more industrial embroidery machines simultaneously
  • Set up machines with appropriate thread colors, needles, and materials
  • Operate sewing machines for clip tags, labels, and patches
  • Perform trimming, finishing, and quality control duties
  • Maintain inventory and manage supply orders
  • Perform regular machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of production embroidery experience
  • Experience with Melco machines is preferred
  • Strong understanding of embroidery processes and techniques
  • Experience with embroidery software and digital design files
Key Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Process-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and vendor relation skills

  • Competitive compensation:$20.00 – $24.00 per hour based on experience, technical proficiency, and leadership skills.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO):1 hour accrued for every 20 hours worked.
  • Paid Holidays:Employees are paid for federal holidays when the shop is closed.
  • Health Insurance:Medical (85% Company/15% Employee), Dental, and Vision (75% Company/25% Employee).
  • Retirement Plan:We match 100% of employee contributions up to the first 6% of pay.

Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
