Job Location: 1 Cap America Drive - Fredericktown, MO

Salary Range: $15.50 - $15.50 Hourly

Embroidery Machine Operator

Position Summary:

To produce embroidery orders according to specifications furnished on the order.

Essential Functions:

1. Perform daily maintenance duties and notify shift Supervisor when duties are completed.
2. Determine if embroidery defects can be repaired at the operator’s machine. All repairs must be completed before operator leaves for the day.
3. Complete daily production records and return to the shift Supervisor.
4. Notify the shift Supervisor or Maintenance personnel of any equipment malfunctions or suspected malfunctions.
5. Maintain safe working conditions in the production area. Notify shift Supervisor of any unsafe working conditions.
6. Keep machine area neat and organized for an efficient, attractive, and safe work area.
7. Other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

1. Must have good organization skills, able to work at a fast pace and pay particular attention to detail.
2. Must have the ability to work closely with other people.
3. Must have good communication skills.
4. Must be punctual, dependable and have a positive work attitude.
5. Some sitting, standing, walking, lifting (over 75 lbs.), bending, twisting, reaching, stretching, pushing, and pulling required.
6. Must possess basic computer and math skills.
7. Career Readiness Certificate a plus.
