Job summary

Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions is seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator to set up and run Tajima embroidery machines, producing customized apparel to client specs. You’ll manage thread sequencing, hoop garments accurately, inspect output, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

• 2–5 years embroidery/machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience with Tajima embroidery machines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run embroidery machines to meet order specifications.
• Hoop garments accurately and monitor embroidery for alignment and quality.
• Inspect finished products and make adjustments to maintain high standards.
• Log completed jobs in the MIS system and stage garments for quality control.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and uphold company values.

What You’ll Do

As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you’ll set up and run embroidery machines to produce customized apparel that meets client specifications. You’ll manage thread sequencing, hoop garments accurately, and inspect output for quality while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Shift: 2:00pm-11:00pm
Flexibility: Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak production periods.

Position Qualifications

Education:
