Weezie, Inc. is seeking an Embroidery Development Specialist based at our Austell fulfillment center, with some time at our Atlanta office for collaboration.

You will lead embroidery, appliqué, and logo development from concept through production-ready designs, ensuring designs translate to our production environment. You’ll become the expert in digitizing, font/template management, and design-for-manufacturing, partnering with Design, Ops, and Web to expand capabilities and uphold high

Qualifications

• Hands-on embroidery design experience in a commercial environment.
• Experience with embroidery and/or digitization software; ability to master internal design and production systems, including templates.
• Strong design eye with technical know-how to translate concepts into manufacturable products.

Responsibilities

• Drive embroidery, appliqué, and custom logo development from concept to production-ready designs.
• Own design specifications: sizing, placement, stitch types, densities, and paths.
• Train to become expert in embroidery software and digitizing; manage upfront development with partners; launch prep.
• Review new designs against production capabilities; flag adjustments before production.
• Develop logos and corporate gifts from concept through client-approved files with Business Development.
• Collaborate on post-launch quality improvements and troubleshooting for templates and digits.
• Test substrates, placements, equipment, and methods; maintain file systems and version control.
