Seeking an Embossing Manufacturing Technician 3rd shift (11 pm to 7 am) for a high growth manufacturing client in the Newburyport, MA area.

The Manufacturing Tech would be responsible for providing vital support to production/manufacturing/quality engineers on various tasks, ensuring efficient operations and production. Embossing and Converting work on smaller machines in a clean environment. They would be embossing images onto the film or cutting the film and wearing a respirator is required.

responsibilities:

• Provide vital support to production/manufacturing/quality engineers on various tasks, ensuring efficient operations
  
  
• Operate and setup manufacturing machines in a safe and efficient manner.
  
  
• Perform a variety of machine setups and operations to imprint a coating, and design onto various film, some material slitting and rewinding, as well as material handling and finished product.
  
  
• Follow production schedule as required.
  
  
• Record production run quantities following SOP's, job order, and perform quality controls checks on product and materials.
  
  
• Attention to detail and utilize good communication skills are critical.

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

standing for 4 hours at one time
