Job summary

Saicon Consultants, Inc. is seeking a contract production worker in Minnesota to operate Emboss production machines and ensure quality across the run.

You will set up, run, and tear down the emboss equipment while maintaining confidentiality and meeting client SLAs. Responsibilities include testing cards for magstripe and chip activation, performing QC checks, and ensuring print clarity on cards and mailers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a computer for data entry.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to stand 95% of shift and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel and bend often.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and tear down emboss machine.
• Run test cards to confirm magstripe and chip activation.
• Conduct quality control checks during production.
• Ensure cards and mailers have clear print and are presentable.
• Clean up pod area and machine after shift.
