Workwear Outfitters in Nashville, TN is seeking an Emblem Sew Operator to contribute to high-quality garment detailing. You will measure, mark, and sew emblems to garments, inspect logo placements, and help ensure accuracy according to specifications while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Sewing experience is helpful but not required; weekend OT may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Sewing/embroidery experience is helpful but not required.
• Basic reading, speaking, and understanding English, and basic math skills.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Flexible and able to work with others positively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Must read and understand option codes on Ready Service Worksheets.
• Able to sit for 8 hours and work OT when necessary.
• Able to work as part of a team with good communication.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Measure, mark, and sew emblems to garments according to specifications.
• Fix errors on items as needed.
• Check logo placements, striping, pockets, and other options on garments.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment that reflects pride in Workwear Outfitters.
