Job summary

CNH Industrial Group in Oak Brook, IL, is seeking a Systems Engineer II to define and design software requirements for Vehicle Displays across Agricultural product lines. This on-site role collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate end-user needs into formal system requirements and documentation.

You will decompose features into subsystem and software requirements, support roadmaps, and coordinate across Vehicle Integration, Network, Architecture, and software teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in product development.
• 3+ years managing embedded system requirements.
• 2+ years with in-vehicle communication architectures and protocols (CAN, LIN, J1939, ISOBUS, XCP, UDS, KWP2000, FlexRay).

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, integrate, and maintain Vehicle Display solutions across Agricultural product lines.
• Translate end-user needs into system requirements and specifications.
• Decompose features into subsystem and software requirements, including interfaces and acceptance criteria.
• Support product vision and roadmap by providing systems input on feasibility, dependencies, risks, and priorities.
• Coordinate system definition and integration across multiple engineering teams.
