Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking aspiring Software Engineers for an internship positioned in the Mission Systems sector, located in Baltimore, MD. The role targets students pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees in CS/CE/Software Eng and requires full-time availability for Summer 2027.

Intern pay ranges from $20.50 to $37.25 per hour for Bachelor’s candidates and $29.00 to $45.50 per hour for Master’s candidates. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate degree program and will be enrolled in Fall 2027.
• Majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering or closely related degree.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for at least 10 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain U.S. Government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
