Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking Systems Engineers for an internship opportunity. This position will be located at our Mission Systems sector in Baltimore MD. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grummans BaPS division.

The internship offers summer 2027 with full-time hours, providing exposure to mission-systems work and the chance to build work experience in defense technology while developing professional skills and a strong resume.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate or graduate student in Fall 2027.
• Majoring in Math, Physics, Systems Engineering, Optical Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for at least 10 weeks in summer 2027.
• Able to obtain and maintain U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in Math, Physics, Systems Engineering, Optical Engineering

GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher
