Job summary

MIT Lincoln Laboratory is seeking a Specialist within the Software and Electronics Engineering Group to provide expert technical support for electronics and embedded systems integration, assembly, and deployment. This hands-on role ensures hardware is configured, integrated, and validated throughout prototype development.

You will work with technicians and engineers to prepare hardware for testing, coordinate lab resources, and execute testing with rigorous attention to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical training in electronics or related field.
• Experience supporting electronics integration and testing.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assembly, modification, and integration of complex electronic hardware and connectors.
• Coordinate laboratory resources and environments for testing activities.
• Perform component- and system-level testing, including bench, vibration, and thermal tests.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis during integration and testing.
