Job description

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering
• 9–15 years of hands‑on embedded systems engineering experience
• Strong background in systems engineering, lifecycle management, functional decomposition, and interface management
• Demonstrated experience writing and maintaining system‑level requirements and specifications
• Proficiency with engineering tools for requirements and documentation management
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities
• Effective verbal and written communicator; adept at cross‑functional collaboration

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• In‑depth knowledge of embedded control systems and communication protocols (CAN, RS‑485, BLE, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi)
• Experience with HVAC controls, energy management, or smart home systems
• Familiarity with connected product ecosystems, OTA updates, and telemetry frameworks
• Understanding of INCOSE SE Handbook, ISO 15288 standards, and Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
