Job summary

You will oversee design, development, integration, and test, while guiding engineering staff and coordinating staffing and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in embedded real-time software development.
• Master's degree with 3+ years in embedded real-time software development.
• Experience in C++ or Python.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a matrixed team through the software lifecycle and Agile features.
• Oversee design, coding, testing, integration, and systems testing.
• Support staffing, proposals, and execution of software projects.
• Guide team in applying standards, processes, tools throughout the SDLC.
