Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a STEM degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Software Quality and Process Assurance or Software/Systems Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support Software Quality/Process Assurance on a multidisciplinary Product Development Team under senior leads.
• Review Engineering Development Plans for alignment with standards.
• Participate in audits and reviews to ensure compliance with plans and processes.
• Review design specs and test plans for conformance to requirements.
• Prepare documentation for internal, customer, and regulatory reviews; address quality queries.
• Assist RCCA investigations and support process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to share knowledge and ensure process consistency.
