Qualifications
- Typically requires a STEM degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Software Quality and Process Assurance or Software/Systems Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Support Software Quality/Process Assurance on a multidisciplinary Product Development Team.
- Review Engineering Development Plans for alignment with standards.
- Participate in audits and process reviews to ensure conformance.
- Review design specs and test plans for compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
- Prepare documentation for reviews and address quality-related queries.
- Support RCCA investigations and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
