Job summary

Torentify is seeking a seasoned embedded software leader to drive development for mission-critical communication systems. You will guide teams using C/C++, Python, and rigorous quality practices, ensuring delivery meets safety and security standards.

You will own program execution, manage costs and schedules, mitigate risks, and translate complex customer requirements into effective technical solutions. This role requires a current Active Secret clearance and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree with 8+ years of experience or 5+ with an advanced degree.
• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• Experience in Cost Account Management, Integrated Master Schedules and Product Ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded software engineering activities for mission-critical comms systems using C/C++ and Python.
• Manage program execution including cost, schedule, risk mitigation, and translating customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and system reliability.
