Job summary

Torentify is seeking a Lead embedded software engineer to guide development of mission-critical communication systems using C/C++ and Python. You will drive technical direction and coordinate with teams to translate customer requirements into robust designs.

Responsibilities include managing program execution, cost, schedule, risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with security requirements. Active Secret clearance and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• A STEM degree with 8+ years of experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Experience in Cost Account Management, Integrated Master Schedules, and product ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded software engineering activities for mission-critical communication systems using C/C++ and Python.
• Manage program execution including cost, schedule, risk mitigation, and the translation of customer requirements into technical solutions.
