Job summary

Mainstream Engineering Corporation is seeking Embedded Software Engineers for diverse disciplines including embedded programming, software architecture, testing, motor control, and power electronics. You will contribute to thermal control and energy conversion products.

Responsibilities include designing reliable embedded software in C/C++, ensuring traceability from system requirements to tests, executing functional and automated tests, and performing board bring-up with CAN/SPI/UART

Qualifications

BS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science with GPA ≥ 3.3.
3+ years of embedded software or controls experience.
Experience with requirements writing and traceability.
Proficient in debugging with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
US Citizenship required due to ITAR

Responsibilities

Design and implement reliable, deterministic embedded software in C/C++.
Develop clear software requirements with bidirectional traceability to system specs and tests.
Design and execute functional and automated tests to verify requirements.
Perform board bring-up, sensor/actuator interfaces, and debug hardware/software.
Maintain version control and configuration baselines per standards
