Safran is seeking an Embedded Software Developer to join our West Henrietta, NY team. You will design and implement features for our timing products, troubleshoot defects, and collaborate with product management to meet customer needs.

The role requires experience with embedded software development, Linux, and working in an international, agile environment. The position offers hybrid work with on-site presence and opportunities for professional growth as part of a global leader in aerospace

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in C, Python, and Bash.
• Experience with Linux environment.
• Experience with embedded systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Designing and implementing new features.
• Troubleshooting defects, identifying root cause, and proposing corrections.
• Collaborating with product management to address customer requirements.
• Working with the guidance of senior developers and team leaders.
• Participating in peer code review.
• Working with the latest in Resilient PNT technology.
