Job summary

Belcan is seeking an engineer to develop, execute, and automate HIL/SIL verification activities for embedded control systems. The role centers on dSPACE-based test environments, system-level verification, and automation in both HIL and SIL, with troubleshooting of electronic control software and hardware.

Responsibilities include creating test plans, configuring dSPACE/Vector benches, and building automated scripts for efficient data collection and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or electrical engineering.
• 2–4 years of embedded verification experience.
• Experience with HIL/SIL test environments and automation.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HIL/SIL verification test plans for embedded control systems and ECUs.
• Configure, operate, and troubleshoot dSPACE/Vector-based test benches and validation environments.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts, data collection, and reporting tools to improve test efficiency and coverage for both HIL and SIL environments
• Analyze defects, perform root-cause investigations, and support system-level verification of software and hardware integrations.
