Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a Software Verification & Validation Engineer to join our Mossville, IL team onsite. You will work on HIL/SIL verification of embedded control systems using dSPACE and MATLAB/Simulink, with opportunities to expand validation capacity and meet program milestones.

The role emphasizes hands-on test development, automation, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field required, plus a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Experience with HIL/SIL verification and validation workflows is essential.
Proficiency in dSPACE, MATLAB/Simulink, and test automation tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain validation tests for embedded control software using dSPACE, MATLAB/Simulink, and automation tools.
Develop, build, and run HIL/SIL tests and validate results.
Automate tests and create robust test scripts and frameworks.
Investigate issues, debug software and hardware problems, and perform root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with software, controls, and validation teams to meet program milestones.
