MORSE Corp is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer Co-op in Cambridge, MA to contribute to hardware/software integration and UAS R&D programs. You will work across the full engineering cycle from concept to deployment, developing embedded software and running simulations to validate capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a BS or MS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary projects at the confluence of mechanical, electrical, systems and software engineering.
• Ability to decompose complex problems and follow-through on solution development, testing, and verification.

Aufgaben

• Develop embedded software.
• Update and run simulation software to test and evaluate novel capabilities.
• Interface with technology SMEs to integrate new algorithms and subsystems into vehicle platforms.
• Support flight tests, including setup, system checkouts, ground station operation, log retrieval and analysis.
• Communicate design status, test results, and suggestions in a timely and efficient manner.
