Qualifications

• Experience in embedded systems for battery, power electronics, or safety-critical products (3-10 years).
• Strong skills in low-level driver development and familiarity with BMS features.
• Hands-on debugging skills and comfort with lab workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise embedded firmware for BMS and power electronics.
• Develop algorithms for SoC/SoH estimation and fault detection.
• Integrate with hardware and support PCB bring-up.
• Build automated test frameworks and support testing.
