#EngineerOfTheFuture, #PeopleofManyTalents
- At rinf.tech, you'll encounter friendly people who are eager to explore and reinvent the world of technology.
- We encourage ideas – we like to share and learn from each other. We're all in for curious & ambitious people.
- Our Automotive business unit works with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers on infotainment and digital cockpit, autonomous driving, and electrification programs. You'll build expertise across the vehicle, not just one component.
- We continuously invest in developing core teams focused on technologies like Blockchain, AI, and IoT – www.rinf.tech/careers/core-blockchain-and-ai-teams/
- Our Technical Management team possesses a robust technical background. Many of our team members have advanced to strategic roles through internal promotions.
- Fail fast, learn fast: we experiment, we iterate, we know when to stop and we don't repeat the same mistakes.
- The right technology stack for the right problem: we don't force technology choices just because we know them; our focus is on solving problems, not on pushing predefined stacks.
- Adapta Robotics is a successful spin-off born through an R&D project within rinf.tech – www.adaptarobotics.com/
Why do we do what we do?
We inspire one another to share our tech-works in this amazing and abundant world. So we became developers, innovators, thinkers, software builders, and hardware makers!
Our Vision!
Founded in 2006 with 600+ engineers & global presence (delivery centers in Europe, North America and India), we strive to become a leading East-European technology partner for growing organizations in need of digital transformation of their products and services!
What you'll do
- Join the engineering team of a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier on a new digital cockpit program, as a rinf.tech engineer embedded with the client.
- Develop, test, and document embedded software for an ARM-based cockpit SoC running Android (user interface) and embedded/microkernel Linux (real-time and vehicle interface).
- Take ownership of real development tasks across an end-to-end program scope, from vehicle interface through HMI.
- Work day to day with a global engineering team, with development split between the Detroit team and offshore delivery centers.
- Break requirements down into work items, provide effort estimates, and flag risk and priority.
- Review code and unit tests from other engineers, and support peer reviews and design discussions.
- Grow into integration, triage, and local technical support as the program moves toward launch, acting as the program's local software interface.
- Work across software, hardware, systems, and quality teams in an ASPICE-driven development process.
