Embedded Software / Full Stack Engineer (TypeScript – Back-End Focus)

Are you an engineer who enjoys working across the full lifecycle of a product—from embedded systems close to the hardware, to modern TypeScript back-end services powering next-generation applications?

We’re looking for a hands‑on Embedded Software / Full Stack Engineer who can help build and enhance intelligent audio, communication, and IoT‑driven products used worldwide. This role sits at the intersection of embedded firmware, device‑level integration, and TypeScript/Node.js back‑end development, giving you the opportunity to influence products end‑to‑end.

What You’ll Work On

• Develop, optimize, and maintain embedded software for next‑generation hardware‑based products.
• Design and implement back‑end services in TypeScript/Node.js, supporting device communication, data flow, and platform capabilities.
• Contribute to RESTful API and GraphQL design for product features and external integrations.
• Collaborate closely with electrical, firmware, and platform engineering to influence product architecture and feature development.
• Work within AWS cloud tools (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3) to build scalable, secure services.
• Participate in full product lifecycle development: requirements, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot at all levels—from firmware interactions to cloud service logic.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills

• Embedded software / firmware development experience (C/C++, low‑level systems, device I/O, RTOS or Linux on embedded targets).
• Strong professional experience with TypeScript and back‑end development using Node.js.
• Experience working in product development environments—shipping, maintaining, and improving physical or hardware‑based products.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, device communication, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with RESTful API development (GraphQL experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with cloud service development—preferably AWS.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with hardware, platform, and cloud teams.

Bonus Skills

• Angular experience (v13+ preferred).
• IoT development, sensor integration, or hardware communication protocols.
• Experience with C++ for device‑side processing.
• Linux administration or embedded Linux familiarity.
