Job summary

ARCH-Embedded is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to own code from concept to real-world products. You will design, build, test and refine embedded software across microcontrollers, processors and SoCs, in collaboration with hardware engineers.

Expect autonomy, a hybrid work model with 1-3 days on site, and opportunities to influence architecture, performance and power optimizations while engaging in customer discussions. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

Experience writing embedded software in C/C++ for microcontrollers, processors or SoCs.
Knowledge of RTOS environments such as Zephyr or FreeRTOS and embedded Linux/Android platforms.
Familiarity with common interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN) and secure firmware practices.
Ability to debug with real hardware and engage in architectural decisions with hardware engineers.
Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity; excellent written and spoken English.

This isn’t a “just code what you’re told” role. You’ll take ideas from early-stage concepts all the way to real-world products — designing, building, testing and refining along the way.
