Design and execute automated and manual system-level test plans for ground-based radio navigation systems, including integration, verification, and validation across hardware, software, FPGA components, and customer interfaces. Diagnose system issues, develop manufacturing test procedures, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and compliance with aviation standards such as DO-278.
Requires 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience, a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant ABET-accredited engineering or computer science field, and proficiency in Python, C, C++, or MATLAB. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting and documentation skills and hands‑on experience with laboratory test equipment; experience with safety‑critical standards, aviation authorities, FPGA/VHDL, embedded C, or manufacturing test development is advantageous.
