Job summary

MicroSys Electronics GmbH is seeking an Embedded Software Developer for their team in the U.S. This role involves driver development for embedded systems, including Linux and VxWorks. You will work in a collaborative environment, contribute to software architecture, and ensure quality assurance throughout the development process.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in computer science or electrical engineering, experience with C/C++, and knowledge of scripting languages. MicroSys offers an unlimited employment contract with 30 days of vacation and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable education.
• Knowledge of C/C++ and scripting languages in the embedded environment.
• Operating system knowledge in Linux, Windows, OS-9 or VxWorks desirable.
• Target-oriented work methodology, analytical skills and independent, but team-oriented work.
• Good written and spoken English, German is an advantage.

Responsibilities
