Foresight seeks an Embedded Security Manager in Portland, OR to serve as the client’s trusted security advisor and lead a comprehensive security program. The role focuses on workplace safety, threat assessment, incident response, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive security program experience, strong communication, and the ability to develop practical security solutions within a legacy client environment in Oregon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in security programs and systems preferred.
• Ability to respond after hours and recall for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate comprehensive security programs and policies.
• Serve as primary point of contact for security incidents and safety concerns.
• Oversee threat assessments, investigations, and reporting.
• Deliver security training and awareness programs to client staff.
• Plan and coordinate event security and emergency preparedness.
• Manage security technology and vendor relationships.
• Develop and monitor security budgets and procurement.
