Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Embedded Technical Architect who will be onsite with strategic customers, driving adoption of Salesforce solutions through hands-on prototyping and education. You will partner with Account SE and AE to shape long-term strategies, focusing on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.

The role blends pre-sales and long-term technical advisory, requiring 2+ days a week onsite and strong communication with executives.

Qualifications

5+ years of demonstrable solution/technical architecture experience in pre-sales, consulting, or professional services.
Ability to design a complex data model, sharing/visibility strategy, and a system-level architecture for an enterprise.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to present complex technical narratives to engineers and executives.
Ability to be onsite with customers 50-60% of the time.

Responsibilities

Onsite discovery: run workshops with business users and development teams to identify use cases and data flows.
Design & deliver POCs: build functional slices using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
Customer Education: raise awareness of Salesforce capabilities and educate IT and business teams.
Customer Health Checks: conduct quarterly checks and surface opportunities with licensed features.
Accelerate Adoption: provide hands-on support, prototype ideas, and enable adoption of new features.
Architect the Solution: maintain scalable, secure, multi-cloud architecture and review with senior leaders.
Team Enablement: share POC assets, playbooks, and best practices.
