This role is a hybrid of a pre‑sales consultant and a long‑term technical advisor, requiring the Architect to be physically embedded (2+ days/week) with their aligned strategic customers in the region. You will partner closely with your Account SE and AE to drive a long‑term strategy for your assigned account(s).
This Architect’s primary mission is to identify and deliver increased customer usage by designing, coding, and configuring high‑fidelity, data‑driven and agentic solutions that showcase the value of the Salesforce platform, with a deep focus on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce (AI) and Data Cloud. Additionally, you will act as a trusted advisor to ensure successful adoption of features and capabilities and drive consumption growth.
