• Willingness to travel >30% for onboarding and scrum.

Responsibilities

• Guide adoption of Rust across embedded development and legacy conversions.
• Provide best-practices and architectural guidance for memory-safe Rust usage.
• Translate requirements into maintainable solutions for SDLC.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and scope tasks within a Scrum team.
• Develop software test plans and participate in peer reviews.
