The Bombers organization supports the B-52 Heavy Bomber; upgrades include radar systems, hypersonic weapons and cutting edge digital communication infrastructure. Candidates will work in an agile, collaborative environment using modern software tools to support development and integration tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
• Experience with embedded (real-time) software development.
• Proficient in Ada. P3 5+ years of experience
• Experience with Agile development practices

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test software components and functions
• Support development of software functional requirements
• Support software architecture trades and revise existing architecture to meet new functions
• Specify internal and external software interfaces
• Conduct software test driven development
• Conduct and support peer reviews on all software life cycle data
• Contribute to the success of an Agile development team
• Support sprint planning and meet sprint commitments
