Job summary

Lynx, Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an Quality Assurance Analyst for embedded software in a hybrid role. You will execute the test plan, drive defect triage, and collaborate with engineering to ship reliable releases that meet stringent requirements.

Responsibilities include managing the release/test cycle, ensuring package integrity, building test environments, and improving processes. Must have 3–5 years in embedded QA, a CS/Engineering degree, and Python/C/C expertise.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional QA experience in embedded software environments.
• Hands-on testing across manual, automated, and performance testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Programming/scripting in Python; familiarity with C/C for embedded debugging.
• Experience with Linux/Windows, RTOS exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the release/test cycle and execute manual and automated test suites.
• Publish quality reports and status updates; drive defect triage.
• Verify release packages and ensure documentation compliance.
• Build and maintain test environments and CI pipelines.
• Investigate failing tests, log issues, and work with dev to resolve root causes.
