Job summary

RealResponse is hiring a Product Engineer (Remote US) to build software used across college athletics, professional sports, higher education, and other organizations. You’ll own problems end-to-end, from understanding customer needs to shipping fixes, with a focus on Rails and AI-enabled features.

You’ll work in a small team, prioritize solid engineering practices, and ensure performance and security under production load, using Rails 8, Postgres, and AWS.

Qualifications
