Job summary

Qualifications

• Earned B+ or higher in one of the targeted courses/subjects.
• Must be enrolled as a degree-seeking student with at least 6 credits in the current or upcoming semester.

Responsibilities

• Attend assigned course lectures daily/weekly to review class content and model student habits.
• Prepare for and facilitate weekly structured group study sessions.
• Hold additional office hours and/or mentoring/tutoring sessions at the ASC as needed.
• Coordinate with course faculty and staff to improve student outcomes.
• Document student interactions and attendance using tracking software.
• Participate in pre-semester and ongoing training and staff meetings.
