Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work.
• Licensure required at time of interview.
• Experience in counseling centers or higher education is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and group mental health counseling to NSM students.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services.
• Deliver outreach seminars and workshops to campus communities.
• Collaborate with NSM administration, faculty, and staff to address needs.
• Supervise and train interns, practicum students, and graduate students.
• Maintain case documentation and ensure supervision/evaluation records.
