Job summary

Acuren is currently recruiting for Mulit-Cert NDT Level II Technicians (MT/VT/UTSW) to support operations in Clinton, IL. THIS IS AN EMBEDDED POSITION.

Responsibilities include setting up and calibrating nondestructive testing equipment, conducting tests to detect defects, interpreting radiographs and readouts, organizing and reporting results, and possibly instructing others while adhering to safety regulations. A High School Diploma and NDT Level II certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Certified Level II MT, VT, UTSW with NDT experience.
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment.
• Conduct tests to detect defects using NDT methods.
• Adhere to safety regulations during inspections.
• Apply testing criteria per specifications and evaluate results.
• Interpret radiographs and other readouts.
• Organize and report test results.
• May instruct and supervise others.
