Job summary

Yochana IT Solutions Inc. is seeking a LabVIEW Engineer for an Embedded Platform role in Irvine, CA.

The position is onsite and focuses on developing embedded software using C/C++, collaborating with hardware teams on bring-up, drivers, and hardware interfaces. The candidate should have hands-on experience with HIL testing, NI LabVIEW hardware, and a strong background in embedded systems, including UART, USB, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, and RS232/RS422 interfaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in embedded C/C++ development on embedded platforms.
• Familiarity with LabVIEW and NI hardware.
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
• Hands-on development of device drivers and board/OS bring-up.
• Knowledge of serial interfaces and standard communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SDLC including requirements analysis, architecture, implementation, integration and testing.
• Develop and maintain embedded applications using C/C++; collaborate with hardware teams on bring-up and driver development.
• Develop hardware interfaces and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Debug, test and optimize embedded software for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with hardware, systems and verification engineers.
