Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc in Irvine, California is seeking a LabView Engineer with HIL to join 100% onsite. The role emphasizes embedded C/C++ development, board and OS bring-up, and device-driver work, in close collaboration with hardware, systems, and verification teams to ensure compliant, high-performance software.

Ideal candidates will have strong LabVIEW and NI hardware experience, HIL testing, and familiarity with TSN and MIL-STD-882E/JSSSEH standards, enabling robust embedded solutions.

Qualifications

HIL testing experience required.
Proficiency with LabVIEW and NI hardware.
Regulatory compliance knowledge (safety and security).
Strong Embedded C/C++ development experience.
Hands-on board/OS bring-up and device drivers.
Experience with UART/USB/Ethernet/I2C/SPI/RS232/RS422.

Responsibilities

Participate in SDLC from requirements to testing.
Develop and maintain embedded applications in C/C++.
Collaborate with hardware teams on bring-up and driver development.
Develop hardware interface solutions for embedded platforms.
Ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
Debug, test, and optimize embedded software for performance.
