Role Overview

Our platform, Ubuntu, is widely used in enterprise initiatives such as cloud computing, data science, AI, engineering innovation, and IoT. We are expanding our team by hiring Embedded IoT / Edge Solutions Sales Representatives, Managers, and Directors to target critical industries including Automotive, Medical Devices, Industrial Systems, Robotics, and Telco. Candidates should have technical familiarity with embedded Linux and RTOS and be open to working across all time zones.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities in targeted sectors.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships.
• Position and sell open source, services, and software solutions at all organizational levels.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, support, delivery, and management teams.
• Travel regionally and internationally for client engagement and industry events.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in field sales within embedded Linux, embedded software, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and large account wins.
• Technical knowledge of embedded Linux (Debian or Ubuntu preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute sales territory plans.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and attend company events twice a year.
