Experis Technology Group is seeking an Embedded Hardware Test Engineer for a client in Fairport, NY. You will design, execute, and document test plans for embedded hardware and systems, and develop automated tests to improve coverage and efficiency.

Responsibilities include operating lab equipment, performing RCCA investigations, coordinating with firmware/software teams, and ensuring regulatory readiness. Onsite role offering $37/hour on W2, with standard benefits after the waiting period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of hardware/embedded testing experience.
• Experience with test automation and Python.
• Ability to set up and operate lab equipment and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and document test plans for embedded hardware.
• Develop automated tests to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Perform electrical, firmware/software, mechanical, and system tests.
• Set up lab equipment including oscilloscopes, DMMs, and environmental chambers.
• Lead RCCA investigations and coordinate with labs for compliance.
